Toylanta, a Good Journey LLC Promotional Event's, goal is to provide a family friendly event where vendors and collectors of all ages can find the toys from their youth and today and enjoy their collecting experience. We look forward to everyone having a good time.

All attendees are provided an event access badge or attendee wrist band that serve as a limited license to attend this event. Your license may be revoked or revised at any time at the sole discretion of Toylanta, a Good Journey LLC Promotional Event, staff, Gas South Convention Center and/or security.

All badge holders are subject to the rules and regulations of Toylanta, a Good Journey LLC Promotional Event and Gas South Convention Center and shall conduct themselves within all reasonable standards for this family friendly event.

Any badge may be revoked and a badge holder ejected from the event, at the sole discretion of the Toylanta, a Good Journey LLC Promotional Event Manager and/or Gas South Convention Center for disorderly conduct or any violation of the law.

In accessing the event, the attendee:
i. Agrees to comply with all event standards, rules and regulations of Toylanta, a Good Journey LLC Promotional Event, Gas South Convention Center and conduct oneself in a reasonable manner for a family friendly event.

ii. No refunds, exchanges, transfers or cancellations will be offered for any Pre-Sale tickets or tickets purchased at the door for any reason. Access badges and wrist bands are non-transferable, non-refundable and will not be re-placed.

iii. Understands that all Toylanta, a Good Journey LLC Promotional Event(s) are smoke / vape free environments.  Allowance of smoking / vaping and areas designated for such (if and where allowed) are solely determined and designated by the event facility management(s) outside the event areas.

iv. Agrees not to block any fire exit, row, aisle, floor space or entrance into any vendor booth.

v. Understands that by appearing at the event he or she may be recorded by video, sound, photo or otherwise and consents to such recording and publishing / re-broadcasting in sole exchange for the event license to attend.

vi. Releases Toylanta a Good Journey LLC Promotional Event, Good Journey LLC and representatives from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right or any other claim or cause of action of any kind.

vii. Understands Toylanta, a Good Journey LLC Promotional Event expects all participants at Toylanta, a Good Journey LLC Promotional Event to comply with current CDC, state and local COVID-related guidelines, rules and requirements, and agrees that you are attending at your own risk and that you release Toylanta a Good Journey LLC Promotional Event, Good Journey LLC, its officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns from any liability related to COVID-19 which might occur as a result of your attendance.

viii. Toylanta a Good Journey LLC Promotional Event and Good Journey LLC in no way endorse any merchandise, artwork, exhibits, actions, views or beliefs. All guests and vendors are their own entity/business and do not represent Toylanta a Good Journey LLC Promotional Event or Good Journey LLC in any way. Any merchandise purchased at Toylanta a Good Journey LLC Promotional Event is solely between the purchaser and seller. Toylanta a Good Journey LLC Promotional Event and Good Journey LLC are to be held harmless and blameless against any and all merchandise bought, sold or brought onto the premises.
